Preparation steps

1.

Rinse rose hips, put on disposable gloves, cut rosehip with a knife on one side and scrape out core. Rinse again. 

2.

Place rose hips in a carafe or jar, add apple brandy, seal and let stand for about 2 weeks. Then filter and pour into prepared bottles or jars. Tip: To preserve for longer, you will need to process the jars according to manufacturer's instructions, or visit http://nchfp.uga.edu/.
