Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the sage and pat dry. Cut the squash into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) thick slices, and place on a baking sheet. Mix the squash with the olive oil and sage. Season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Turn occasionally during the cook time, adding a little more oil if necessary.
