- Bell pepper (green and yellow)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 400 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 300 grams Rice noodles
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped oregano
- 1 tsp paprika (sweet)
- 1 Tbsp chopped black Olives
- 1 can lumpy Tomatoes (400 grams)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- Orange blossom (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Rinse and dry peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs. Cut into fine strips. Peel onion and chop finely. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press. Heat olive oil in a wide saucepan on medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic. Add risoni and peppers, saute for 5 minutes. Add broth, bring to a boil, add oregano and paprika and cook, covered, for 10 minutes on low heat. Add olives and tomatoes.

Add lemon juice to risoni, season with salt and pepper and let stand for 10 minutes, covered.

Place on plates, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with oregano flowers. Serve.
