- Ice cubes
- 2 Tbsps Mint syrup (colorless)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- well chilled mineral water for filling (still or sparkling)
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Puree the watermelon, syrup, and lime juice with 5-6 ice cubes.

Fill four glasses 1/3 full with ice cubes. Pour the puree into the glasses, and fill with the cold mineral water. Garnish with mitn and serve.
