Combine almonds and flour on the work surface. Create a well in the center and add egg, lemon zest, cinnamon, milk and butter. Knead into a smooth dough. Wrap with plastic and chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).
Grease pan with butter.
Roll out two-thirds of the dough on a floured surface, then press into pan. Spread jam onto dough. Roll out remaining dough and cut with a pastry wheel into wavy stripes. Place on jam in a grid pattern and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Remove and let cool in the pan. Slice and serve.
