- 500 grams Raspberries
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 Tbsps raspberry Brandy
- 400 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 small honeydew melon

Preparation steps

Combine raspberries with sugar and raspberry brandy in a bowl, mash with a fork and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Strain mixture through a sieve and mix with lemon juice. Beat cream until stiff and fold whipped cream into berry puree. Pour into a metal bowl, cover with aluminum foil and freeze for about 3 hours. Stir raspberry ice cream with a fork several times to prevent ice crystals from forming.

Before serving, cut melon into quarters and core. Cut melon pulp into wedges. Arrange melon wedges and raspberry ice cream on plates, serve.
