- 500 grams Raspberries
- juice of lemons
- 250 grams sugar
- 500 cream cheese
Preparation steps

Rinse raspberries and boil in a pot with sugar and lemon juice. Pass raspberries through a sieve. Reserve pulp and return liquids to pot. Let liquids reduce slightly over low heat. Let cool. Mix 2/3 of raspberry liquids with cream cheese in a shallow bowl and place in a freezer for about two hours. Stir every 30 minutes.

Add remaining fruit pulp and liquids to cream cheese mixture. Mix completely and return to freezer until ready to serve.
