- 150 grams Raspberries
- 1 sprig Basil
- 4 allspice
- 500 milliliters White vinegar (or white vinegar)
Preparation steps
1.
Pick through the raspberries. Rinse and dry the basil, then remove from the stems. Add the raspberries, basil, and allspice berries to a prepared bottle. Fill with the vinegar, and seal well.

Infuse for 10-12 days in a dark, cool place.

Pass through a fine strainer into a clean bottle. Keep in a dark and cool place.
