- 300 grams Pumpkin
- 2 scallions
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 100 milliliters white wine
- 200 grams Vegetable broth (Jarred)
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 4 slices Baguette
- 2 generous pinches cinnamon
- 2 generous pinches Chili powder
- salt (pepper)

Preparation steps

Dice pumpkin pulp into small pieces. Rinse scallions and cut into rings. Heat oil in a pan and sauté scallion and pumpkin. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add wine and broth, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Purée mixture, stir in cream and bring to a boil again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat butter in a pan. Add baguette slices and toast. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chili powder. Slice each toast in half. Serve soup in bowls and top with spiced toast.
