- 100 grams Couscous
- 8 shrimp (ready to cook)
- 2 Tbsps toasted slivered almonds
- 3 Tbsps Sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 2 Tbsps South (from pickled pumpkin)
- 1 sm jar sweet-sour pickled Pumpkin
- 2 Pickle
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Prepare couscous according to package directions. Cut pickle into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and pat dry shrimp. Drain pickled pumpkin, reserving liquid. Cut pumpkin into bite-sized pieces as desired.

Place pumpkin and diced pickle in a pan, heat briefly and pour in sweet chili sauce, ketchup and pumpkin liquid. Place shrimp intosauce. Place couscous into a glass, layer vegetables and shrimp on top and sprinkle with parsley and toasted sliced almonds, then serve.
