Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely puree the pumpkin pulp. Beat the eggs, butter, turmeric and sugar until thick and fluffy. Stir in nuts, raisins, pumpkin puree and flour.

2.

Using two spoons, place small balls of dough on a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C, approximately 350°F) for approximately 10 minutes. Serve.
