- 6 glasses of 500 ml content
- 2000 grams Pumpkin (peeled, seedless)
- 800 grams sugar
- 500 milliliters apple cider vinegar
- 150 milliliters Apple juice
- 1 lemon
- 50 grams fresh ginger
- 2 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Star anise
- 10 cloves
Preparation steps
1.
Cut pumpkin into cubes. Combine sugar, vinegar, apple juice and lemon juice in a large saucepan.

Peel ginger, grate finely and add to pan. Add all spices.Bring to a boil. Add diced pumpkin and cook for about 25 minutes. Pour hot chutney into prepared preserving jars and seal well.
