- 1 kilogram new potatoes
- 150 grams shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 bunch thyme
- 1 sprig mint
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig Rue
- 5 Tbsps Vegetable broth (jarred)
- salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly. Peel the shallots and cut into eighths. Peel and slice the garlic. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the shallots and garlic, add the potatoes, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Rinse the hebs and remove the leaves from the stems. Coarsely chop, then add to the potatoes. Mix in the broth, cover, and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally during the cook time to ensure even cooking.
