- 1 red Bell pepper
- 250 grams button Mushroom
- 1 Organic apple
- 3 scallions
- 100 grams diced Bacon
- 1 small, finely chopped onion
- clarified butter

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the pepper, halve, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Rinse the scallions and cut into thin rings. Halve the apple, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large frying pan and saute the diced pepper for 4-5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add the scallions and mushrooms and saute. Add the apple and saute for another 2-3 minutes. Place the pan contents in a bowl and keep warm.
3.
Heat another tablespoon of butter in the pan and saute the potatoes over high heat with the bacon until golden brown. Add the vegetables and saute, stirring, for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
