600 grams potatoes
1 l Chicken broth (instant or homemade)
300 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
150 grams Porcini mushroom
2 Tbsps butter
1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

Rinse, peel, and dice potatoes. Bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 25 minutes. Puree the potato mixture. Add cream. Return the soup to a simmer and season with salt and pepper to taste. 

2.

Clean mushrooms and slice thinly. Heat butter in a pan and sauté briefly. Stir mushrooms into potato soup. Rinse chives and finely chop. To serve, ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with chives.
