700 grams potatoes
2 Tbsps milk
350 grams Beans
150 grams cooked ham (ready to use)
4 Tbsps clarified butter
salt
peppers
1 packet Gravy
500 grams potatoes
2 onions
2 Tbsps butter
½ bunch parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and rinse and cook in boiling, salted water for about 25 minutes until tender. Drain potatoes and squeeze through potato ricer and mix potatoes and milk and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse beans, drain and cut off ends and cut into small pieces and blanch in boiling, salted water for about 6 minutes and drain and place immediately into ice water and rinse and drain.

Cut ham into small cubes and set aside 2 tablespoons. Mix remaining ham and beans into potato mixture and shape into patties. Heat butter in a pan and fry potato patties on both sides until crispy.

Peel potatoes and rinse and cook in boiling, salted water for about 25 minutes, drain and rinse well. Peel onions and chop finely and fry in butter. Rinse parsley, shake dry and pluck leaves and chop finely and add to pan and briefly sauté with onions. Prepare gravy according to package directions. Serve potato patties with boiled potato wedges and gravy. Brush boiled potatoes with onion and parsley butter and sprinkle remaining diced ham over potato patty and serve.
