- 2 cans white Beans (each about 250 g)
- Bell pepper (1 red and 1 yellow)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp sugar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 700 grams seasoned ground pork
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter

Preparation steps

For the bell pepper salad: Drain beans. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and white ribs, and cut into thin strips. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. In a bowl, stir the beans with the bell peppers, onion and garlic. In another bowl, whisk the vinegar with the sugar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir into the bell pepper mixture until thoroughly combined.

For the meatballs: Divide the seasoned pork into 12 equal balls. Heat the butter in a skillet. Add the meatballs and cook until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Serve the meatballs with the bell pepper salad.
