4 Pork chop (with rind, each ca. 220 g)

1 Tbsp Caraway
2 Tbsps clarified butter
1 ⅔ cups Ale
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Peel the carrots, onions and garlic. Cut the carrots into thin slices, the onions into wedges and finely chop the garlic. Wash and clean the celery and cut into thin slices.

Wash the meat and pat dry. Make incisions into the rind and rub in the salt, pepper and caraway. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meat on all sides until nicely browned. Then add the vegetables, the onions and the garlic. Fry, then pour in the ale.

Cover with a lid and simmer over a medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove the lid, stir in the chopped parsley and season the sauce. Remove the pork chops and keep warm. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly, then place the pork chops on top and serve.
