Pork and Sliced Bean Broth

- 1 large onion (diced)
- ⅔ cup Bacon (diced)
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 6 cups Meat stock
- 4 ½ cups fresh Green beans (trimmed, sliced)
- 4 waxy potatoes (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp chopped Savory
- 1 Tbsp chopped marjoram
- 4 small Mettwurst (sliced)

Fry the onion and bacon in the oil, then add the stock.
Add the beans and potatoes. Stir in the herbs. Finally, add the mettwurst towards the end of the cooking time.
Simmer until the potatoes are soft (approx. 20 minutes). Season with salt and ground black pepper.
