- 1 garlic clove

- 60 milliliters olive oil

- 180 grams small Porcini mushroom

Preparation steps

For the mayonnaise: Peel and squeeze the garlic through a garlic press into a bowl. Whisk in the egg yolk until well combined. Drop by drop whisk in the oil until the mixture is thick and creamy, season with salt.
For the chervil butter: In a blender or food processor, puree the chervil with the butter, season with salt.

Clean the porcini with a damp cloth and thinly slice.
3.
Spread the chervil butter on one side of each slice of bread, scatter the mushrooms on the butter and drizzle with the mayonnaise.
