- 350 grams button Mushroom (wiped clean and quartered)
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 6 chili peppers
- 2 rosemary
- 4 garlic cloves
- 75 grams Olives
- 1 Tbsp peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 150 milliliters White vinegar
- 200 milliliters white wine
- salt
- sugar
Preparation steps

Divide mushrooms, tomatoes, chile peppers, rosemary sprigs, garlic cloves, olives, peppercorns and bay among jars.

In a saucepan, combine all types vinegars with 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) water and white wine. Season with salt and sugar and bring to a boil.
3.
Pour hot vinegar brine over ingredients. Let marinate 1 day. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
