- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar (or date sugar)
- 2 Tbsps Golden raisins
- 8 sheets phyllo pastry
- 29 ozs canned Peaches (halves in natural juice)
- 2 Tbsps butter (melted)
- 2 Tbsps sliced almonds

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Butter 4 individual baking dishes or deep ramekins.
2.
Heat the orange juice, cinnamon, sugar and sultanas in a pan over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Cover and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the heat.
3.
Pat the peaches dry with absorbent kitchen paper. Put the peaches in the dishes and spoon the orange juice mixture over the top.
4.
Scrunch 2 filo sheets of pastry together. Place over 1 dish. Repeat with the remaining filo.
5.
Drizzle with the butter and sprinkle with almonds.
6.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the pastry is golden. Serve warm.
