- 4 pcs Perch fillet (each about 150 grams)
- 500 grams cooked Rice
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps coarsely chopped parsley
- 4 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 4 Tbsps chopped Peanuts
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
Preparation steps

Rinse perch fillet pieces, pat dry and carefully remove the skin.

Peel and chop shallots and garlic. Rinse chile pepper and cut into rings. Sauté chile pepper with shallots and garlic in 2 tablespoons hot oil, add rice and 2 tablespoons peanuts and fry about 4 minutes while stirring. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Season fish with salt and pepper and fry in another pan in the remaining oil until golden brown on the skin side for 3 minutes. Turn fish over and fry other side 2 minutes.
4.
Spread rice in bowls and place a piece of perch fillet on each portion. Serve sprinkled with remaining peanuts.
