Peel pears, put with lemon juice in enough water that the fruit is covered, cook 1 minute. Crumble the feta cheese, stir with butter until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and chopped basil leaves.
2.
Drain the pears and cut them crosswise into finger-thick slices. Brush the two largest slices with the cheese-butter mixture, then top with two next largest slices and more cheese-butter mixture, continuing until topping with the smallest slices. Sprinkle with toasted oatmeal.
