Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Melt the sugar with 3 tablespoons of water in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat until caramelized and light brown. Remove from heat.
Stir in the lemon juice, peanuts and sesame seeds. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and allow to harden. Break into the pieces and store in a freezer bag or airtight container.
