- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 125 grams ground Peanuts
- 120 grams butter
- 75 grams sugar
- 60 grams Peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 25 halved, unsalted Peanuts
- 5 Tbsps Vanilla sugar (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 350°F).

Mix flour with ground peanuts. In a bowl, mix butter with sugar and peanut butter until creamy. Stir in egg and add flour mixture. Mix into a smooth dough. Spoon out small portions of batter and form into 1.5-2 cm (approximately 1 inch) balls. Place cookies on a baking sheet and put half a peanut on top of each ball. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven. While still warm, roll cookie in vanilla sugar. Serve cooled.
