500 grams Spaghetti
400 grams Spinach (baby)
1 garlic clove
1 splash white wine
2 shallots
2 Tbsps butter
150 grams Whipped cream
80 grams Walnut (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry the spinach. Remove any thick stems and cook in water over medium heat. Remove from heat and drain well. Peel and finely chop shallots. Sauté garlic, shallots, and drained spinach in butter for 2 minutes. Cook pasta  according to package directions until al dente. Drain.

Heat the cream and season with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Arrange pasta in shallow bowls. Spoon the spinach over the pasta evenly and then pour over the heated cream. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped walnuts. Serve immediately.
