1 Tbsp butter
200 grams Snow peas
400 grams Cherry tomatoes
400 grams Tagliatelle

Preparation steps

1.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and butter in a frying pan and fry chicken on each side for about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and let rest.

Rinse snow peas, trim and cook in a pot of boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Blanch snow peas, drain and allow to cool. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Saute snow peas and tomatoes in remaining olive oil in the frying pan.

Cook pasta in a pot of plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain and mix with vegetables. If necessary, add some pasta cooking water to the pan to reach desired consistency. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, add to pasta and serve immediately.
