- 300 grams Pasta (such as fusilli)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 50 grams Bacon
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Arugula

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Blanch tomatoes for a few seconds. Peel, quarter, core and chop tomatoes.
3.
Cut the bacon into strips and fry until crisp in a pan without fat.
4.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Add to the bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and cream and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
5.
Drain the pasta. Toss with the sauce and serve sprinkled with coarsely chopped arugula.
