- 250 grams Penne
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 600 grams diced Tomatoes (canned)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 250 grams diced ham
- 3 Sage
- 100 grams grated Cheese (such as Edam, Emmental)
- 4 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the penne in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente.
2.
Rinse, trim and thinly slice the scallions.
3.
Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the white membranes and seeds and finely dice.
4.
Cut the sage leaves into thin strips. Mix with the oregano with tomatoes.
5.
Mix the pasta with the vegetables, ham and tomato, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
