Pre-heat the grill to hot. Grill the bacon until golden and crispy on both sides.
Toast the bread until golden on both sides, then remove and cut off the crusts.
Arrange the spinach in serving bowls along with the cranberries and sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly on top.
Cut the toast into squares, then cut the slice the bacon rasher across into strips. Place a few strips of bacon on top of the toast and serve alongside the salad.
