No Bake Dark Chocolate Gateau
This dessert is not only delicious, but it is also easy to make! Dark chocolate is an excellent source of antioxidants, which protects your body against free radicals and may help reduce the risk of heart disease.

Chocolate nut Cookie (crushed to crumbs)
- ½ cup
unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 ½ cups
plain Dark chocolate (80% cocoa solids, chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
egg yolks (beaten)
- 2 cups
- 0.333 cup
- To decorate
Grease a deep 8-9" springform tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.
Pour into the tin and tap on a hard surface to release any air bubbles. Cover with cling film and chill overnight.
