- 5 ozs fresh nettle
- 1 ⅛ cups cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps cream
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Scald the nettles with boiling water then refresh in cold water and shake dry. Pick the leaves from the stalks and chop finely.
2.
Mix the cream cheese with the cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix in the finely chopped nettles.
3.
Season to taste and serve with white bread.
