1 Tbsp lemon juice
200 grams butter
2 garlic cloves
2 scoops Mozzarella (200 grams)
Sea salt

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F.)

Thaw mussels overnight, thoroughly pat dry with paper towels and mix mussels with lemon juice. Chop cold butter. Peel garlic cloves and press butter. Grate mozzarella and mix with butter and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture on mussel shell halves and bake in preheated oven until golden brown.
