- For the batter
- 220 grams Strawberries
- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 2 ½ tsps Baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 100 grams sugar
- 80 milliliters vegetable oil
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- 120 grams Buttermilk
- 12 Paper baking molds (or muffin tin)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the strawberries, remove stems, chop and mix with flour, baking powder and baking soda.
2.
Whisk together sugar, oil, cream, buttermilk and egg. Quickly stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture until the dry ingredients are moist.
3.
Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tin and smooth. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) (approximately 350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Remove and let cool.
