- For the filling
- 18 ozs Rhubarb (cut into 3 cm|1" pieces)
- 1 ½ cups Raspberries
- 3 Tbsps sugar
- ½ lemon (juice)
- For the crumble
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 ⅔ cups rolled oats (porridge)
- ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Butter a baking dish.
2.
For the filling: mix together the rhubarb, rasperries, sugar and lemon juice. Put into the baking dish.
3.
For the crumble: mix all the ingredients together until crumbly. Spread over the fruit.
4.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the rhubarb is tender and the crumble is golden.
