Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry the mint. Remove the leaves, coarsely chop, then place in the glasses. 

2.

Add the bourbon and sugar syrup to the glasses. Add a splash of lime juice and crushed ice to each, and stir until combined. Serve immediately.
