Preparation steps
1.
Sift the icing sugar into a large mixing bowl. Gradually whisk the condensed milk into the sugar, mixing until evenly smooth.
2.
Add the peppermint extract and a few drops of food dye, kneading well to incorporate. Turn out the dough onto a surface dusted with icing sugar and knead briefly.
3.
Roll it out to ½ cm / ¼” thickness and use a small straight-sided cutter to stamp out rounds.
4.
Use the tip of a cake tester to decorate their tops with small circles.
5.
Leave the creams to dry and set for 2 hours before serving.
