Preparation steps

1.

Bring 700 ml (approximately 24 ounces) of water to a boil, then blanch 2-3 sprigs of mint in it. Let steep for 10 minutes. Season to taste with sugar and lemon juice.

Strain the mixture, and cool completely in the refrigerator.

Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes, and pour the mint water over it. Garnish with the remaining mint and serve.
