- 60 grams acid Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 handful Spinach
- 12 slices Bacon
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 12 Scallop
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the sesame buns in half. Mix the sour cream with the chives and season with pepper. Rinse, trim and dry the spinach. Cook the bacon in 1 tablespoon hot oil until crispy and drain on paper paper towels. Then cut in half. Rinse the scallps, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and brown in the remaining oil for 2-3 on both sides.

Cut each in half horizontally. Spread the sour cream on the bottom half of the bun and top with the spinach. Top with the scallop halves and bacon and top with the bun lids. Serve immediately.
