- 200 grams Gorgonzola
- 1 honeydew melon
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Sherry vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
In a bowl, mix sherry vinegar, olive oil and orange juice and season with salt and pepper to make a salad dressing.
2.
Cut melon in half, remove seeds and dice fruit.
3.
Remove cheese rind and dice cheese into small pieces.
4.
Carefully mix melon cubes with salad dressing and cheese. Season to taste with pepper. Serve garnished with basil.
