- 800 grams mixed Ground meat
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- 6 thyme
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp hot Mustard
- breadcrumbs
- 4 Bell pepper
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Sauté in 2 tablespoons hot oil and let cool slightly. Then mix with ground meat, eggs and mustard. Pluck leaves from 2 thyme sprigs and add to the meat mixture. Add enough breadcrumbs to make the mixture easy to work with. Season with salt and pepper. Roll into small sausage shapes and place in an oiled, oven-proof dish.

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and halve again. Add to the dish with the meat rolls, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with remaining thyme and season with salt. Bake in oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 30-35 minutes. Serve hot.
