- 2 cups canned Prune (in syrup, drained)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ Radicchio (separated into leaves)

- wooden Skewer (soaked in water 30 minutes beforehand)

Preparation steps
1.
Pre-heat the grill to hot.

Thread the diced lamb and prunes onto the wooden skewers, alternating between the two as you thread them on.
3.
Brush the lamb with the olive oil and season the brochettes. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
4.
Remove from the grill when the lamb is cooked. Arrange on serving plates and garnish with the radicchio leaves before serving.
