- 2 ½ cups pizza dough mix (left to prove for 45 minutes)
- 6 Tbsps Tomato sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 balls Mozzarella (sliced)
- extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 240°C (220 fan) | 450°F | gas 8 and put a large baking tray in to heat.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into a large rectangle, about 1 cm thick.
Spread the dough with pizza sauce, then scatter over the tomatoes, garlic and oregano. Arrange the sliced mozzarella on top.
Transfer to the preheated baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, grind over some pepper and serve hot.
