- 100 grams Milk chocolate couveture
- 2 Tbsps Palm oil
- 6 Tbsps mixed Nut (such as sesame, pine nuts pecans, sunflower seeds ...)

Preparation steps
1.
Finely chop each of the chocolates. Place 80 grams (approximately 3 ounces) of each chocolate in separate heatproof bowls and add 2 teaspoons of the palm oil to each. Melt the chocolates over a pan of simmering water. Add each of the remaining chopped chocolates to the bowls of the same melted chocolate to temper.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop each of the chocolates in 8 blobs close together on the paper and marble with a wooden stick. Chop the nuts and seeds coarsely and loosely sprinkle on the chocolate, leave to set.
3.
Lift the cooled chocolate from baking sheet and serve with coffee.
