Preparation steps

1.

Chop each chocolate into small pieces. Melt half of the palm oil in one bowl over a water bath, half in another. In one bowl place 80 grams (approximately 3 ounces) of chopped white chocolate, in the other 80 grams (approximately 3 ounces) of chopped dark chocolate.

2.

Slowly melt the chocolate over hot, not boiling water. Melt each remaining chopped chocolate in the already melted chocolate.

3.

Pour the chocolates into blots on parchment paper in pairs, 4 of each and with dark and white close together. Marble each pair with a wooden stick. Sprinkle the nuts, seeds and coarsely chopped cherries on slightly set chocolate, leave to fully set.

4.

Detach the cooled chocolate from parchment paper and serve with coffee.
