- For the lobster
- 2 Lobster tail (150 grams) ready to cook
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- white peppers
- ½ Mango
- 5 Basil
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- For the garnish
- Orange mint
Preparation steps

For the lobster, peel mango, cut fruit from core and cut into strips. Rinse basil and cut into fine strips. Mix mango and basil with lemon juice in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan and fry lobster tails briefly on both sides and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place lobster on 2 warmed plates. Cover with mango slices and serve garnished with orange mint.
