Preparation steps

1.
Slice the tomatoes thickly, drizzle with oil and a little salt and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Tear the mozzarella into pieces.
3.
Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella in an alternate pattern on a serving platter, drizzling over the juices from the tomatoes. Lay the ham alongside.
4.
Scatter over torn basil leaves and drizzle with more oil and a little pepper.
