Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic and finely crush with a little salt. Finely grate feta and mix with yogurt, crushed garlic and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Transfer labneh to a plate, drizzle with oil and serve sprinkled with plenty of pepper and thyme.
