Kugel with Raisins
Cook spaghetti according to package insert. Drain well. Soak raisins for 20 minutes in hot water. Drain. Grease a baking dish grease.
Beat the eggs and season with salt, plenty of pepper and nutmeg. Pour over pasta and mix well. Fold in raisins. Add pasta and egg raisin mixture to a baking dish and bake at 150°C (approximately 300°F) for about 1 hour until a golden crust forms. Serve hot.
